Symptoms
This morning your Production NMS system locked up this morning. Starting about 10 AM users started noticing that the system was getting slow. Users were unable to target in the viewer and unable to select rows form any of the tool (WorkAgenda, Switching, etc). Initially you saw several "Hogging" treads on the managed server. A few minutes later "Stuck" threads appeared.
