Symptoms
On Oracle Health Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.4.8.2,
an InForm data load job remains 'In Progress' status for a long time (more than four hours).
The job would be expected to be completed in 1-5 minutes.
The last messages displayed in the job log file are:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Manual submit an InForm data load job in Production lifecycle.
2. Check the submitted job status.
