Symptoms

Customer tried to set empty PIN_FLD_CREDIT_THRESHOLDS_FIXED by PCM_OP_BILL_SET_LIMIT_AND_CR with no success.
He asks Support to provide input flist to PCM_OP_BILL_SET_LIMIT_AND_CR opcode which would assign following credit profile to the resource:
0 PIN_FLD_PROFILES ARRAY [0] allocated 4, used 4
1 PIN_FLD_CREDIT_FLOOR DECIMAL [0] NULL
1 PIN_FLD_CREDIT_LIMIT DECIMAL [0] NULL
1 PIN_FLD_CREDIT_THRESHOLDS INT [0] 0
1 PIN_FLD_CREDIT_THRESHOLDS_FIXED STR [0] ""
