Symptoms

ReSA Manage Transaction Screen not shows the Total Retail value if the item status is in ORI, ORD, ORC.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login into RESA and navigate to Tasks -> Operations --> Manage Transactions Screen.

2. Enter the transaction for an item with item status as ORI,ORD,ORC (Order initiated,Order Delivered,Order Complete).

3. Observe that the Total Retail value is 0 for the item with item status as ORI,ORD,ORC.
