Missing Actions Links/Menu on Connection Summary Page of Connection Design of Virtual Circuits (Doc ID 2602855.1)

Symptoms

The links/menu under the "Actions" section of the Connection Design > Connection Summary page are not displayed when first opening the circuit. However, they appear after toggling from another page (Additional Detail, Properties, CLR/DLR Design, Schematic Design) back to the Connection Summary page. Also, if paying close attention to the area where the links/menu is expected, they briefly flash in less than a tenth of a second when first opening the circuit.

3. Query for and open the Connection Design for a Virtual circuit

    * Note the links/menu listed under the Actions section briefly appears then disappears in less than a tenth of a second
