Symptoms

After installing the minor upgrade from version 7.4.0.4 to 7.4.0.6, we are unable to install ruleset cartridge using the CartridgeDeployerTool, due to the following error:

javax.persistence.OptimisticLockException: Exception [EclipseLink-5011] (Eclipse Persistence Services - 2.6.5.v20170607-b3d05bd): org.eclipse.persistence.exceptions.OptimisticLockException
Exception Description: One or more objects cannot be updated because it has changed or been deleted since it was last read DeployCartridgeFaultType
