NullPointerException Is Returned When Running "MIGRATE_BRE_RUM" Work Item From The SETUP Phase Of MigrateBRMPricing (Doc ID 2603214.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.0.1.0 version, Migration for PDC (Pricing Design Center)

On a fresh installed environment running Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 12PS1 (Patch Set 1), PDC 12PS1 and Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 11.3, an error occurs when running MigrateBRMPricing utility in order to migrate configuration data. It is to be noted that no configuration or pricing data was imported in the environment before running the utility.

The command executed is: "./MigrateBRMPricing -config -analyze"

The bellow error is reported in migration log when work item "MIGRATE_BRE_RUM" from the SETUP phase is executed:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. configure environment running BRM12PS1, PDC12PS1 and ECE11.3
2. go to $PDC_BRM_HOME/apps/bin
3. execute "./MigrateBRMPricing -config"
