For One User The Causality Source Field Is Hidden / Not Displayed - Why ? (Doc ID 2603601.1)

Symptoms

One Argus user has noted that the causality source field via the [Event Assessment] screen is not visible to them.

All other Argus users can see the same field within the Argus User Interface and it is only this one stated user who cannot see the field

In Argus console the field is set as visible and this setup has never changed.

A further test has been done using the the PC of the user that found the issue: if another user logs into to Argus the causality source field is visible and they are in the same Argus User Group as this user.
