Symptoms
When using Like item option for item creation, records are not getting into ITEM_LOC_SOH Table.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a regular item and range to all locations.
2. Create a item using like item Options in RMS.
3. Observe the like item data in ITEM_LOC and not in ITEM_LOC_SOH table.
