Goal

D1-INITSNAPS Algorithm missing in PENDING Status of F1-SyncRequest BO in MDM 2.3

Current CCB-MDM Sync Requests (for example Service Point) are all being discarded due to the missing D1-INITSNAPS Algorithm in the PENDING Status of D1-SyncRequest BO in MDM 2.3. The parent F1-SyncRequest doesn't have this algorithm either.  Is this by design? If yes, is there a new algorithm/mechanism to handle its previous function?
