Web Service Manager Is Not Validating Invalid Content In the SOAP Call (Doc ID 2608265.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.20.0 version, Webservices Mgr

WSM ( BRM Web Services Manager) code is missing validation for invalid input field values.

Example:

Pass invalid  POID type in the input xml but still commit_customer opcode call from WSM is going through fine.
This is not expected behavior, since the input xml is wrong, the expected behavior is that opcode should not be executed/invoked, instead it should fail with validation error.

Above example test was conducted for commit_customer opcode but same issue persists for any opcode call from WSM.
