Purpose

This document provides instructions for setting up the required software for installing Order and Service Management (OSM) cluster and Oracle RAC database on hosts provisioned on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). See the OSM Installation Guide on Oracle Help Center for instructions on installing OSM and other required components. This KM is intended as a companion guide to be used with the OSM Installation Guide when installing on OCI.

Scope

This applies to Oracle's OCI and Oracle Communications Order and Service Management 7.4.0 or higher.
