Symptoms

On : 7.3.1.0.0 version, AIA Cartridge


OSM COM is publishing JMS message with SAF oms_jms_module!O2A_SAFImportedDestinations!AIA_UPDTTREQ_JMSQ@O2A_SAFAgent_com_ms02 that is AIA_UPDTTREQ_JMSQ on AIA side.

UpdateTroubleTicketOSMCFSCommsJMSConsumer SOA composite on AIA side picks the message from JMS queue jms/aia/AIA_UPDTTREQ_JMSQ.

After processing UpdateTroubleTicketOSMCFSCommsJMSConsumer, message is delivered to UpdateTroubleTicketSiebelCommsProvABCSImpl.

 

Processing of message in UpdateTroubleTicketSiebelCommsProvABCSImpl resulting in the error "XML-22044: (Error) Extension function error: Error invoking 'lookupXRef':'oracle.tip.xref.exception.ValidationException: Cross Reference Column Name "CRM-ALL" is not found in Cross Reference Table "oramds:/apps/AIAMetaData/xref/TROUBLETICKET_TROUBLETICKETID.xref"
