Symptoms

When a new item is added to a Transfer at the time of approval, Store Inventory Management (SIM) sends an SOStatus message with status CR instead of SI and that results in the TSFDETAIL.TSF_QTY being updated to 0 for other items already existing in the transfer.

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Create transfer request in SIM with two items.
  2. Validate the data in Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and SIM tables. SIM publishes a message with two items with CR status .
  3. Go to the destination store and add new item while accepting the transfer.
  4. Observe that the TSF_QTY Is updated to 0 in TSFDETAIL table. SIM publishes only newly added item with CR status .
