C2M: Prepaid Metering - Unable To Build Prepay Biller Task Alert - System Error Loading Service Task (Doc ID 2612370.1)

Symptoms

In Customer To Meter (C2M), when using Prepaid Billing Service Tasks, the system has two issues after starting a Prepaid Billing SA:

a.)  The Dashboard Alert zone shows "Unable to Build Prepay Biller Task alert"

b.)  When navigating to the pending Prepaid Billing Service Agreement, a pop-up error is shown (logs will show a nullPointerException when retrieving the Trend Class from the Service Point Type)
