Is There A Configuration In BRM To Prevent Inactive Accounts To Receive Payment? (Doc ID 2613321.1)

One does not want inactive accounts in the system to receive payment. That is, the goal is simply to reject or not to successfully post the payment (throw an error maybe) to account with status "Inactive" when using Payment Tool, Payment Center or when using a custom OpCode that calls PCM_OP_PYMT_COLLECT.


In this scenario, is there a configuration in BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) that can be set to prevent payments from being posted on these inactive accounts?
