Symptoms
When attempting to assign an activity code to an activity in P6 Professional,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Professional.
2. Open a project then go to the activities view.
3. Right-click on an activity then choose, 'Add' --> 'Activity Code'.
NOTE: There are duplicate activity codes showing in the list.
