Symptoms

On OCSG 7.0, NoActivePluginException issue occurs during performance testing

During the course of a performance test, user noticed the following exception in one of the NTs:

com.bea.wlcp.wlng.api.plugin.NoActivePluginException: No plug-ins active for type: oracle.ocsg.parlayrest.plugin.ParlayRestSmsPlugin.
