Symptoms

When attempting to run a "TRANSFORM DATA" (DT) Batch / Task, the batch fails with the following ORA-12514 error in the "RunProc" / "RUNPROCEDURE" log:

Log Message here 1: Mon 25 Nov 2019 01:03:20 PM CST||INFO||NLS Value : AMERICAN_AMERICA.UTF8
FAILED: log_on().
OCIERROR: ORA-12514: TNS:listener does not currently know of service requested in connect descriptor

Log Message here 1: Mon 25 Nov 2019 01:03:21 PM CST||SEVERE||Could not Connect to the Database from Login Information
