Syncpdc Is Failing While Syncing BRM Data To PDC (Doc ID 2619427.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.2.0.1.0 version, Server for PDC

Upgraded the PDC from 11.2.0.0.0 to 11.2.0.1.0 and while running syncpdc getting below error.  This is the first time syncpdc ran after upgrade.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade PDC from 11.2.0.0.0 to 11.2.0.1.0
2. Run startSyncPDC
