Application service M1GTLGFR Required To Transfer MDT Logs To The Portal (Doc ID 2620029.1)

Symptoms

For most MDTs, logs are not getting communicated to the portal.


Steps to replicate the issue:

1. Connect to Hybrid MCP
2. Accept the assignment
3. Navigate to MDT --> Logs Tab, fetch logs
4. You'll see that logs are not getting created

The server has been checked at the 'Mobile Log Files Location' defined in the Global Configuration (typically @SPLBASE@/logs/mobilelogs) and log files are not present.
