On : 8.6.6 version, Install, Migration, Upgrade

When attempting to Run GRC Reports,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate To Report Management
2. Run Role Assignment Reports

BUSINESS IMPACT
