Which/How Is The Sorting Order Defined For Oracle Views? (Doc ID 2621373.1)

Goal

After upgrading a system from OC/RDC 4.6.6 to OC/RDC 5.2.1 the oracle views were regenerated as part of the upgrade and these no are longer sorted in the same order as they did prior to the upgrade.

Where/how is the sorting order defined for the oracle views?
