Goal

With Oracle HTTP Sever (OHS) 12c facing an issue when the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) application is accessed.  ORMB is working fine when accessed through OHS 11g.

At the application console it says that the "webserver did not respond correctly" but at the WebLogic end it shows the error:

'ERROR (web.services.SecurityFilter) Couldn't Retrieve Session OUAF Security Token For User'.

What is the cause of this?

Note:  ORMB is an Edge Product to 'Oracle Utilities Application Framework' (OUAF).
