Authorization Error While Using BOC 12PS1 SSO With OAM SAML2.0

Business Operation Center (BOC) 12 Patchset 1 Single Sign-on (SSO) is configured with Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 188.8.131.52 using Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0. An user is authenticated and is able to access the landing page, but below error showed up even when the user has loaded system-jazn file for policies using jps-config.xml file.
Knowing SSO using SAML2.0 is not certified, the user has just tried the SAML2.0 configurations for BOC and the Authentication for the user is working fine.
How to resolved this issue?
