On : 7.4.0.0.0 version, Signal Modeling

ODU3e2 ratecode & connectivity function is not available as part of OOTB Base Technology Cartridges

As part of DWDM technology customer has requirement to create ODU3e2 connectivity. But oracle's ora_uim_basetechnologies cartridge doesn't have ODU3e2 ratecode and connectivity function. Below is the standard configuration of ODU3e2.

ODU3e2 41.78596856 GB/s Transport of up to four ODU2e signals
