Symptoms
1)
After applying patch 5.2.1.2 (or 5.2.1.1) the following is observed in the 'RDC Admin News Definition' screen for existing data:
- upper part of screen is populated
- lower part of the screen (Title, News, Button, URL) is blank i.e.
2)
The data (Title, News, Button, URL) is present in the 'RDC_NEWS' table i.e.
