Symptoms
On ASAP "R7_3_0_P3"/"B8":
SSLHandshakeException error after upgrade of ASAP from 7.0.2 (Java 1.6) to 7.3.0 (Java 1.8). Also, DB is changed from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2c, OS from HP-UX/IA64N/B.11.31 to OEL 7.2, WLS from 10.3.3 to 12.2.1.2.
Error is intermittent for the cartridge. The error occurrence is rare but does occur. On re-push of the order, it works. Unable to replicate the issue.
No change is made in the cartridge code, as it is simply lift & shift. Just that updated JRE is being used, of updated ASAP version.
Network team has confirmed that firewall, load-balancers are same for upgraded environment, as that of previous production environment.
The error occurrence is rare, and are unable to replicate during load tests with only NDS from ASAP.
