Asset Attributes On Smart Meters Are Not Replicated Using Asset Replicator (Doc ID 2628486.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Utilities Customer To Meter (C2M) 2.7.0.3\WAM\ODM 2.2.0.6
The Asset Attributes (ATTRIBUTE\VALUE) does not copy over from the replicated asset

Steps:
1. Create a new Asset with BO in 'Smart Meter' and make sure the Asset Type that contains an asset attribute
output: a new asset record (Asset ID = 'xxxxxxxxxxxxx' and Status = 'In Receipt' & able to see Asset Attributes zone with a attribute
1b. Click Edit and add VALUE for the ATTRIBUTE
2. Add a new Asset Replication record by the asset ID (above) as the Asset Template and with one new asset
output: a new asset replication record with status 'Work in Progress'
3. Click Complete under Record Actions
output: the status is 'Completed' and the new asset got created
4. Click the new Asset ID (link)
output: The Asset Attribute zone display the Attribute but not the Value
