RequestError Observed In SendSMS API With Single Quote/apostrophe Character (Doc ID 2629198.1)

Symptoms

In OCSG 5.0 a sendSMS payload as below works fine.

POST data:
{"outboundSMSMessageRequest": { "address": ["tel:<tel1>"], "senderAddress": "tel:<tel2>", "senderName": [], "outboundSMSTextMessage": {"message": "DON?T testing."} }}

Whereas in OCSG 7.0 this does not work. We assume this is due to wrong single quote/apostrophe character.

Following error is seen in default.log.
