Goal

All asset types are failing with:

 ERROR (com.splwg.base.support.schema.rules.BusinessObjectStateTransitioner) BO W1-AssetTypeAveCost AssetType_Id(SPSTSW) had status transition error transitioning from BusinessObjectStatusCode='ACTIVE' to null
