Goal

On : 2.5.0.2.0 version, IP - Installation Upgrade Proc

After Upgrading Sun Solaris 11.3 to Sun Solaris 11.4 some of the base scripts are not spooling expected results . for e,g
spl.sh -b check is not giving the threadpool process id if even threadpool is working Up and running .
