Problem While Using Line Listing With As Determined Listedness Field Data is Repeating and Misaligned (Doc ID 2630152.1)

Goal

On : 8.2 version, Reports - System

Problem while using line listing with As Determined Listedness field

  1. Given the below assumptions:
  2. A product family, product and license is configured on the system

A data-sheet is configured for this family

When add a Case for this license with data-sheet associated and attempt to include the following fields into a line listing:

Case Initial Receipt Date
Country of incidence
Event Preferred Term
As Determined Listedness

The resulting report has a lot of duplicate records,this appears to be one record for each term inserted in the datasheet.


This is not correct as only one record for the event should be reported in the line listing.
