Goal
Requirement:
In scaling options, fm_bill enable_30_day_proration can be set in the CM pin.conf only. So such option can be used on global level instead of making it more individual for each account or at least for each product.
This is a limitation in the BRM product because 30 day proration is not a scientific method of calculating scales.
Adjusting every month to 30 days, irrespective of whether it has 28 days or 31 days will always leads to miss matches.
The question is:
Do we have more flexible options in the higher versions ? BRM 7.5 PS23 or 12 PS2 or PS3 ?
