Symptoms

When reports are scheduled using "Batch Print or Create Reports" option from Case Action > Open dialog, the CFG_REPORT_SCHEDULE.RUN_DATE is stored with date local to the user.

Due to this, the reports are getting scheduled after the hours of difference from GMT.
