Equipment Replacement Window Does Not Show Information For Equipment In 'Under Construction' Status (Doc ID 2633482.1)

When using the Equipment Replacement function to replace a shelf with installed cards, any cards in an 'Under Construction' status display as blank information line in View2 of the "Equipment Replacement Assistance - Review Proposed Changes" window (graphically depicted using slots 3, 4 and 11 below). The mounting positions display equipment icons, but their information line is blank. The equipment is successfully moved to the replacement shelf and the behavior is only a display issue in the window.
