Users Getting "Webserver Is Not Responding" Error While Opening Multiple Browsers to Access the Application (Doc ID 2634720.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.6.0.1.0 version, ENV - Environment


While using CC&B 2.6.0.1 our users are regularly encountering the pop-up error stating "Webserver is not responding," which significantly interrupt their workflow. After clicking through the pop-up error, the screen refreshes & CC&B continues to work.

Only error possibly related we've noticed in the logs is as follows:


To reproduce the error occurs when you follow these sequences:

1. start Internet Explorer, login into it and let it load completely
2. then bring up another internet explorer, login into it
3. then go back to 1st internet explorer window, do a search for anything, you get the error.
