On : 8.6.6 version, MICC Transfer to TSC

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Access synchronization in GRC8.6.6 connecting to Peoplesoft datasource is not completing

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Access Synchronization should complete in desired time

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator --> Manage Application Datasources
2. Select DataSource --> Actions --> Access Synchrnization

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to complete Access Synchrnization
