Symptoms
On : 12.2.6 version, Memory Based Planner in Production Instance
When attempting to run a constrained ASCP Plan ,
the following error occurs.

Program was terminated by signal 6
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter the application.
2. Run the ASCP plan.
3. See that the plan fails with the above error.
