The C1-LTPEX Letter Print Extract Batch will not complete. We are unable to determine the root cause of the issue.

1. Add a customer contact to a Person on an account.
  Person ID: 69257XXXX
  Account ID: XXXX0891
  Contact Class: General
  Contact Type: ZZ-ACCTTRNSF
  Customer Contact ID: 69271XXXXX
2. Run the C1-LTPEX batch
3. Check batch run tree.
