XML Files Not Getting Processed From ESM Server (Doc ID 2637104.1)

Symptoms

When a reporting destination is configured to import from a shared drive the file is successfully imported, but the temporary file (.tmp) persists (i.e. it never deleted) and the imported file is not moved to archive.

When a local drive is used the system operates normally.
