When Opening A Network System the MetaSolv Solution Software (MSS) Crashes With SmartHeap Error Handler Recursively Re-entered Error (Doc ID 2638006.1)

Symptoms

In the Network system search window for a SONET Network, MetaSolv Solution Software (MSS) goes to not responding status and crashes with the following error:

"SmartHeap error handler recursively re-entered"

The system cannot handle the situation when the number of disconnected circuits associated with the Network system is more than a certain limit. Identified 40K associated circuits out of which 30K are disconnected.
