Symptoms

Package Display Issue

According to Student History, Student has been packaged as a Financial Plan has been triggered. However, the packaging screen shows "there is no package information available" and the Student Summary page also does not display packaging data. No JasperSoft error is returned in the Application Event Error Report regarding the SAFI.
