DeFi Data Entry Form Does Not Load When Using Google Chrome in OFSAA 8.0.6+ (Doc ID 2638792.1)

Symptoms

When using Google Chrome, you cannot open the DeFi form in Data Entry Forms and Queries > Data Entry.  When you select a form, nothing happens.  The form fails to load to the screen.

 

You can open the same form successfully using Internet Explorer (IE).
