Please note that for a certain requirement for one of the cartridges, we are required to update the FAILURE_REASON field in the TBL_WRK_ORD though the request status will be in SUCCESS status (Ex. 104 state). We want to force success this request though it is rejected from the NE but require to update the FAILURE_REASON in the DB. This field will be used by operations team to add alerts for certain failed message.
