CCS Account Balance Reports Empty in 12.0.2.0 (Doc ID 2640336.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC), from version 12.0.0 to 12.0.3.0, the Charging Control Services (CCS) Account Balance Reports (both the standard report and the Comma Separated Values (CSV) report) return no data when executed.

The 2 affected CCS reports are executed from the Service Management System (SMS) screens under: Operator Functions → Report Functions → CCS → Summary.

The reports should return either aggregated subscriber information (standard) or individual subscriber data (CSV) based on database queries to the Voucher and Wallet Servers (VWS).

As a result of this, it is not possible (or more difficult) to determine the subscriber level information from a production NCC platform.
