Goal

How to filter in the Crew Makeup -> "Select Personnel" and "Select Vehicles/Equipment " dialogs.

Dynamic filtering was added to both dialogs in the NMS 2.4.0. release.  However, this feature can be configured on NMS 2.3 as well.  This dynamic filtering will help when searching through a larger number of crew members as well as vehicles.
