Since Upgrading To 12.2.8 Few Fields In Material Plan UI Are Not Having Unique Size

Symptoms
Since customer upgraded to 12.2.8, noted changes in the size of fields and fonts in some of the forms in Material Plan UI.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Advanced Supply Chain Planning -> Supply Chain Plan -> Supply Planning Work Area -> Open Material Plan
2. Verify the Date field at the headers in Material Plan and Resource plan
3. The date field in Material Plan is wrapped.
