User is unable to Accept Cases from Worklist > New after viewing in Medical Review
1) Open Worklist > New
2) Display cases in Medical Review State
3) Right click on case and select Medical Review from drop down
4) Close the Medical Review screen
5) Right click on case and select Accept Case
6) Ajax error displays and user session is frozen

This was not a problem prior to v 8.x. This occurs consistently for most or all users.
There is no viable workaround.
