Connection Manager Stops Responding and Testnap Fails (Doc ID 2641051.1)

In a production system, it was seen that the CM (Connection Manager) process was not responding to any requests and when trying to login to Customer Center and testnap, the error below occurs.

When CM is restarted it gets connected again only for it to go down again after about 30 mins.
